Cookie Policy

A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser at a website's request. Cookies help the site work (login), remember preferences (language), measure performance and improve user experience.

Strictly necessary for the site to function. Under Art. 4(5) of Romanian Law 506/2004, no consent is required.

• exi_session — anonymous session ID (UUID), used to link consent decisions. Retention: 1 year.
• cookie-consent-v2 (localStorage) — your consent choice and its version. Retention: until you clear it.
• Supabase Auth session — only when signed into the customer portal or admin. Retention: session lifetime.
• NEXT_LOCALE — selected language. Retention: 1 year.

Only active if you accept the "Analytics" category in the cookie banner.

• Vercel Analytics — anonymous visit statistics (page views, time on site, referrer). No raw IP addresses stored.
• First-party analytics (analytics_events table) — events (page view, click, form interactions). Stores session ID and SHA-256 hashed IP. Retention: 90 days.

We do not currently use marketing cookies. If this changes, we will request separate consent for this category.
